Worked at Lucent Technologies 25 years. She was a Life member of Ladies
Auxiliary to Veterans of Foreign Wars in Plattsmouth. Also a Life member of
American Legion Auxiliary in Springfield, NE. Preceded in death by her
parents, husband Carl Burkman, husband Merlin Engebretson. Survived by
cousins Norman Noren (Darlene), Donald Noren (Ronda) of Alma, NE. and
Barbara Tegtman (Marty) of Omaha, NE. Longtime friend Bernice Schnack.
